The role reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

The job holder will be offering a complete range of test and measurement products, as well as operational support systems in electrical, electronic and telecommunications clients, assigned to him/her. Additionally, his/her responsibilities will include consulting, development of new business activities to existing clients, as well as actively seeking new sales opportunities in the area of activity.

More specifically he/she will be:

• Assist sales representatives with technical product selection based on customer requirements.
• Provide technical documentation, proposals, and solution recommendations.

• Support customers with installation, configuration, and usage of test & measurement instruments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with service teams for resolutions.
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to customers as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Product Management) to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales or support role or related industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support or events.
