Πλήρης απασχόλησηResponsibilities:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Ordering and organizing office supplies as needed
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment while maintaining the IT inventory up to date
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance departments for budgeting
- Perform receptionist duties in a professional and polite manner: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls
- Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences to enhance team engagement and communication
- Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking accommodations, coordinating itineraries and visa processes
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture
- Maintain employee records and support HR initiatives as needed
- Participate in the recruiting process, arrange interviews, gather evaluations of candidates, maintain office policies as necessary
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, ie parties, celebrations and conferences
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in an administrative/office management role within the IT industry
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Proficient in English both verbally and written. Any other language is considered a plus.
