Role Summary:
You will be supporting our Insurance Team, offering administrative back-office support maintaining accurate and consistent information, updating data & company’s systems, developing special reports and documentation, acting as a liaison between corporate clients and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level administrative support including managing an active calendar of appointments, arranging travel plans, drafting agendas preparing high-level notes and actions for team meetings letters & memos when necessary.
- Receiving, filing and managing customer requests following up daily on pending issues, handling complaints and resolving emerging problems delivering excellent customer service.
- Providing customer service/support, informing current and prospect clients about insurance products and services through telephone, e-mail and online meetings.
- Maintaining databases and keeping accurate portfolio records.
- Assisting with the interpretation of wordings, developing reports for the effective monitoring for the management and adjusting content of sales presentations.
- Working within the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborating effectively with the team & other departments so clients experience an efficient and accurate application process.
- Ensuring that all deadlines in respect of insurance administration, underwriting and claims are met at all times, within the requisite procedures and practices and to the agreed service levels.
- Corresponding professionally with external & internal parties such as clients, brokers, lawyers, actuaries, banks, managers and insurance companies.
