The Role

Currently, we are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. 


As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Since this position is customer oriented, you have great communication & administration skills with a customer-service mentality. To be successful in this role, you are a well-organized team player, flexible to work in shifts.


This position reports directly to the branch sales manager.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests & customers
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls/e-mails.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform other clerical & administrative receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc.

Requirements

  • 2 years’proven work experience in similar roles
  • Previous experience in automotive industry and/or additional certification in Office Management will be highly considered
  • Good knowledge and proven experience of Microsoft’s Office tools
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Excellent communication and customers’ management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent critical thinking and collaboration skills
