As a result of our continuous growth, we are looking for a:

A customer service executive

Responsibilities:

• Managing orders and ensuring their prompt delivery.
• Answering client correspondences through email, phone and social media.
• Relaying extensive product information to customers.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Customers’ account follow-up
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Support in Sales Department (statistics, reports etc)
• Support in Marketing Department
• Update of the company’s web page
• Monthly statistics reporting
• ERP entries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• 3-year previous experience will be considered as an asset
• In depth knowledge of MS OFFICE, internet applications and ERP
• Pleasant, positive and kind attitude
• Ability to multitask and deal issues in a structured and effective way
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) as well as active listening skills
• Organization skills
• Decision making skills
• Teamwork spirit
