Πλήρης απασχόλησηKey Responsibilities:
- Provide executive assistance to senior management.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality.
- Coordinate and prepare tenders documentation (φακέλους διαγωνισμών) in F&B retail.
- Manage and streamline administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Support communication with key stakeholders, like stores, clients, and suppliers.
- Assist with other ad hoc duties as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in tender documentation preparation (φακέλους διαγωνισμών).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an F&B retail company is a plus.
- Familiarity with closed markets like hospitals or transportation hubs will be considered an advantage.
