Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive assistance to senior management.
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality.
  • Coordinate and prepare tenders documentation (φακέλους διαγωνισμών) in F&B retail.
  • Manage and streamline administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Support communication with key stakeholders, like stores, clients, and suppliers.
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tender documentation preparation (φακέλους διαγωνισμών).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an F&B retail company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with closed markets like hospitals or transportation hubs will be considered an advantage.
