Santikos Collection, a prestigious hospitality company renowned for its luxury resorts and hotels, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of one of our exquisite properties.

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the hotel. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive financial performance, and maintain high standards of service and quality throughout all departments.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in hotel management, a strategic mindset, and excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful hotel operations, a passion for exceptional customer service, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and achieve financial goals.
  • Manage and optimize occupancy, rates, and guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the property, interacting with guests and addressing any concerns or requests.
  • Monitor and maintain hotel standards in terms of service, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets.


Requirements

  • Several years of experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in the F&B department
  • Must speak Greek and English fluently
  • In-depth understanding of hotel operations and financial management.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue, achieve financial targets, and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
