ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator.

📌Location: Athens, Northern suburbs

📍 Working Model: Hybrid

🖋️You will be reporting to: Supply Operations & Logistics Lead

What you will do:

• Handling of distributors orders and shipments coordination
• Cooperation with 3PL provider on daily requests such as stock movements, sap interfaces issues and updates
• Perform SAP activities in material master, inbound deliveries, and Purchase orders
• Monitoring of stock levels and communicating with planners on replenishment updates
• Customer communication
• Coordination of returns approvals process and documentation
• Update and monitor new products tasks such as SAP updates, price requests, change controls
• Weekly communication with logistics teams for inbound shipments to Greece
• Handling of supply operations ad hoc administration requests
• Help in ongoing Logistics Projects

What we are looking for:

• University Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service operations, supply chain or finance administration
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or food industry will be highly appreciated
• Knowledge of SAP modules related to Supply Chain Management
• Fluent in English, written and oral
• Good analytical skills and confidence in working with data and systems (Microsoft Excel and SAP)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Able to solve problems and propose solutions and prioritize
• Result oriented, motivated, flexible, and proactive
