Main Responsibilities
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents of the department
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and events
Take, type, and distribute minutes of meetings
Implement and maintain office systems
Maintain schedules and calendars of the team
What will you bring?
Administrative experience
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work unconventional hours as necessary
