Responsibilities
- Support of the Sales Manager and the sales team on the daily business.
- Organization and supervision of meetings, appointments and presentations.
- Coordination of marketing activities with the Marketing Team.
- Creation of property profiles and other documentation.
- Be responsible for administrative duties required such as managing the database, preparing reports, handling incoming inquiries and emails, taking minutes etc.
- Provide weekly sales/leasing reports.
- Preparation and filing of legal documents.
- Customer Service support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken.
- Highly motivated and team-oriented.
- Highly organized with professional communication and coordinating skills.
- Accustomed to multitasking.
