A company, key player in its sector is looking for a talented Office Administrator to add value to our team and operations.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, efficient with pleasant personality Office Administrator. 

This role will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has the best support to work efficiently and contribute to the achievement of company results.

In particular, from your role you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for relative roles
  • Manage phone calls/switchboard and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, couriers etc.)
  • Prepare presentations/proposals/translations Greek-English, as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

 

Qualifications for this role:

  • Proven minimum 1-2 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration
