JOB DESCRIPTION

  • E-mails and phonecalls management
  • Manage the CEO’s appointments and meetings with optimal time management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and accommodations for the CEO
  • Coordination of various administrative office tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent knowledge of PC
  • Excellent knowledge of M/S Office Suite
  • Proficiency in English
  • Great level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Proven experience in the same/similar position will be prioritized
