Main Responsibilities

Develop and manage strong relationships with colleagues across departments

Support the Front Office team and the other departments with Sani Rewards Program information, including guests stars, loyalty benefits, and terms & and conditions

Manage personalization, printing and delivery of membership cards to operations teams

Be the face of the “loyalty team”, and handle all aspects of communication, including negotiation and complaint handling from the guests

Manage and coordinate all aspects of loyal member experience & and guest experience from pre-arrival, arrival, and post-stay

Update loyalty-related content across channels when required

 

What will you bring?

Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in the Tourism/Hospitality industry

Knowledge of Opera PMS (Hotel Property Management Software)

Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)

Fluency in English

CRM experience would be a plus
