ADAPTIT SA is a leading system integrator and provider of telecom network infrastructure equipment in the European Region. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our commercial management, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
This is a full-time hybrid role at ADAPTIT S.A. in Agios Stefanos.
- Provide secretarial support to the commercial department.
- Arrange staff travel and accommodation and prepare vouchers.
- Preparation of quotes and customer order file
- Participation in the tenders project team
- Entry of quotes and customer orders to the ERP system
- Entry of any order/supply/expenses to the ERP system for the ICT& Presales dept
- Update the electronic quotes/orders folders
- Preparation of tender files for private and public sector. Data entry and submission of tender files on different platforms (e.g ESHDHS)
- Follow up of contracts for the commercial department
- Cooperation with Procurement & Accounting Departments regarding deliveries/invoicing of orders
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- University/College (BS/MS) Degree
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of office management software (ERP etc.) will be considered as a plus.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently
- Good coordination, organization, and communication skills.
- Excellent use of English language (verbal & written)
