Due to the continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Accountant (job code ASSACC_1122) for our Finance Department, based in GrandVision Headquarters in Athens.

The role entails:

• Stores Daily Transactions Accounting and Control
• Fixed Assets accounting
• Tax accounting
• My data
• Banks accounting
• Vendor Invoices Management (expenses, travel expenses, purchases)
• Payment Process and cash flow / Bank relationships
• GL Accounts and AP/ AR reconciliation
• Data preparation for internal and external audit
• Support in a month and year-end reporting

The successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
• Two (2) to five (5) years of professional experience with extensive exposure to the above duties
• Experience with external and internal audit procedures
• Experience in retail and multinational environments will be considered an asset
• Very good knowledge of the English language (both oral and written)
• Excellent PC skills (MS Windows, Office, Excel)
• Strong NAVISION experience is a must
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
