Howden Hellas Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers S.A., member of Howden Group Holdings, is seeking to hire an Assistant Payroll Administrator.
The successful candidate will support the payroll and tax department.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing data through the payroll software (Business of Epsilon Net).
- Handling public authorities' responsibilities (Ergani platform, Sepenet, etc.).
- Hirings, withdrawals, end of contracts, time-schedule changes submissions.
- Participation in audits.
- Ad hoc payroll reporting to management.
- Seek updates on the relevant regulations.
Key competencies/skills:
- Reconciliation of balances.
- Payroll Procedures (Ergani platform).
- Tax Statements preparation and submission (related to payroll).
- Sense of code of ethics.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Excellent use of Greek and English language (oral and written)
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll
- Computer literature (use of Business Epsilon Net and Microsoft Navision considered a plus).
