Career Opportunities

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Audit Supervising Senior to join our team in Athens. This role involves taking ownership of audit engagements, supervising a small group of junior audit professionals and developing strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
• Plan, execute and complete audit engagements.
• Coordinate directly with clients to organize assignments, timelines and ensure efficient delivery.
• Supervise, mentor and review the work of semi-senior and junior audit professionals.
• Ensure audit files are complete, accurate and ready for review by Managers and above.
• Conduct on-site client visits and liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance and statutory work is delivered on time.
• Prepare and review financial data, draft reports and projections for management review.
• Build strong relationships with clients acting as trusted advisor.
• Assure compliance and best practices, ensuring adherence to internal policies and professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, or related field
• Holder or studying towards a related professional qualification (ACA.ACCA, SOEL (or equivalent)
• At least 4 years of audit experience within the Audit department of an audit firm
• Previous experience or participation in Tax Certificate engagements will be considered an advantage
• Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, mature and professional attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Computer literacy and strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
