We are looking for a motivated Junior Invoicing & Accounting Officer to join our Accounting & Finance team and support our expanding export activity.
🔍 About the Role
In this role, you will support accounting operations by managing invoicing processes, handling export billing, and ensuring accurate financial records within an international environment.
You will work closely with internal teams and international clients to ensure smooth financial operations and timely processing.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Handle invoicing, including export invoicing and international billing procedures
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in line with company and market requirements
- Perform customer account reconciliations and prepare statements
- Monitor outstanding balances and support communication with customers
- Assist with bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Maintain accurate records within ERP accounting systems
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in invoicing or billing
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluency in English
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
