Accounting  & Purchasing Associate

What you will be doing

• Review and register each invoice and expense report into the system.
• Reconcile open amounts due to suppliers on a monthly basis.
• Manage bank payments
• Register vendor invoices
• Monitoring daily food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across all outlets.
• Tracking and reconciling receiving reports, transfer slips, and outlet consumption records to maintain accurate inventory figures.
• Monitoring wastage logs, breakage reports, and promotional activities, highlighting irregularities or trends that may require managerial attention.
• Ensuring compliance with company cost control policies and procedures, helping reinforce correct processes across F&B departments.
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• MC knowledge would be an asset

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of General Accounting or Purchasing in hotel industry preferable
• University degree in accounting/finance or similar
• Basic accounting knowledge or procurement/purchasing knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English language
• Team player with positive attitude
