What you will be doing
- Review and register each invoice and expense report into the system.
- Reconcile open amounts due to suppliers on a monthly basis.
- Manage bank payments
- Register vendor invoices
- Monitoring daily food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across all outlets.
- Tracking and reconciling receiving reports, transfer slips, and outlet consumption records to maintain accurate inventory figures.
- Monitoring wastage logs, breakage reports, and promotional activities, highlighting irregularities or trends that may require managerial attention.
- Ensuring compliance with company cost control policies and procedures, helping reinforce correct processes across F&B departments.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- MC knowledge would be an asset
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of General Accounting or Purchasing in hotel industry preferable
- University degree in accounting/finance or similar
- Basic accounting knowledge or procurement/purchasing knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English language
- Team player with positive attitude
