Affidea Group, the largest provider of primary healthcare services in Europe, in the context of the continuous development of its activities, is looking for a detail - oriented Credit Control Specialist to join our Finance team in Athens!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices

• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and account activities

• Prepare credit reports and basic analysis for management

• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to support customer account management

• Assist with credit assessments and ensure compliance with internal financial policies

• Support ad-hoc finance projects and reporting as needed

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or credit control

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial systems

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

   

Good to Have:

• Previous experience working with SAP will be considered an asset
