The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the financial performance of projects or operations. This role ensures monitors and reports the flow of costing process (budget and actual) and supports budgeting and forecasting processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project or operational costs to ensure alignment with budgets
• Prepare and analyze cost reports and  forecasts
• Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to validate expenditures
• Maintain and update cost databases, tracking systems, and financial models
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial reviews
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Support audits and financial reviews with accurate documentation
• Prepare Cash flow reports
• Support actively implementation and set up of ERP and BI,
• Perform OPEX/CAPEX monitoring and analysis
• Prepare financial statements in collaboration with group accounting dpt.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Professional certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or project accounting
• Experience in manufacturing or large-scale projects preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Entersoft, MS Excel)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting principles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
