The position reports to the Accounting Manager, while you will be responsible for:

• Preparation & submission of monthly VAT, EC sales listing and Intrastat returns
• Preparation & submission of withholding tax returns (free lancers, third parties’ fees, subcontractors’ fees, royalties, interest, dividends)
• Preparation & submission of stamp duty returns
• Monitoring of TaxisNet system for any request and/or notification
• Monitoring, review and reconciliation of the data transmitted to MyData along with accounting data and with tax returns
• Preparation & submission of annual corporate income tax return
• Monitoring, review and reconciliation of the transactions transmitted through MyData with E3 form
• Preparation of annual withholding tax certificates
• E9 property tax return update
• Preparation & submission of advertising tax return
• Preparation & submission of dividends withholding tax return
• Preparation & submission of the Summary Information Table for Intercompany Transactions in line with the Transfer Price file
• Acting as point of contact for the Tax Certificate audit

If you have the following qualifications, then this position seems suitable for you:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Master’s degree will be considered an asset
• At least 5 years of experience in similar position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP
• Fluency in Greek & English required, German knowledge will be an asset
