Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients (monthly/bi-weekly payroll cycles).
• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, allowances, and statutory deductions in compliance with current legislation.
• Handle employee onboarding, terminations, and employment changes within payroll systems.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related filings to relevant authorities.
• Ensure full compliance with labor and social security regulations.
• Liaise with clients to provide guidance on payroll, employment, and compliance matters.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management summaries.
• Support internal and external audits when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within an accounting or payroll services firm.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, tax regulations, and social security legislation.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software, preferable SoftOne
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet strict deadlines.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing payroll for multiple companies/clients simultaneously.

Previous experience in a consulting, accounting, or outsourcing environment.

Excellent command of the English language.
