Career Opportunities

We are looking for a highly driven, dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Supervising Senior Accountant in our Athens office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and review the maintenance of accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Review and approve the processing of invoices, receipts and payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure the accurate preparation and submission of Income Tax and VAT returns in compliance with local tax regulations.
• Oversee the submission of all tax obligations through the TAXISnet platform.
• Prepare and review financial reports for clients in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and management reports to support decision-making.
• Supervise and support a team of 2-5 accounting professionals, including task delegation, guidance and performance monitoring.
• Ensure team compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable financial regulations.

Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting & Finance, or related field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management and organizational skills
