ABOUT THE ROLE

 Duties & Accountabilities 

• Collection and distribution of expenses documents for entry in Benefit accounts
• Entries in Benefit accounts
• Monitoring of documents checking and approval from the relevant departments in order toreturn them to Accounts department
• Supplier’s balance check
• Cash desk monitoring, checkingand agreement
• Payment’s entries in Benefit accounts 
• Postdated cheques entries in Benefit accounts
• Payment rolls entries in Benefit accounts
• Updating the daily exchange rates in Benefit accounts
• Entries and monitoring of POS collections
• Bank paperwork and communication

Qualifications 

• Degree in Accounting or Business/EconomicsStudies (Accountant class b)
• Master Degreeor ACCA will be considered as an asset
• Excellent Knowledge of English language written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel & Accounting Corporate Programs (Benefit, SoftOne)
• At least 2-year experience in Accountingdepartment 
• Previousworking experience in Shipping industry will be considered as an asset
