As we scale and evolve, we’re looking for a Senior Accountant who shares our ambition to lead, grow, and make a real impact. His/her main accountabilities will be:
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts according to Swedish Accounting Standards and IFRS
- Oversee daily accounting operations including bank reconciliations, payments, and cash-flow tracking
- Record, review, and manage vendor and client invoices
- Manage expenses, corporate cards, and travel-related costs
-Issuance of credit notes and reissued invoices
-Create liquidity reports and manage monthly cash flow
Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and submit VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, and other statutory declarations
- Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Analyse variances (budget vs actuals) and present insights
- Support budgeting and forecasting
Internal Processes & Collaboration:
- Coordinate with auditors, internal and external partners
- Improve financial procedures and internal controls
