Looking for a role where detail matters and teamwork counts? We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Kos, Greece in a full‑year position and help drive excellence in payroll operations.
Responsibilities
- Record employee changes, leaves and, absences in the HR/payroll system
- Daily monitoring of the Digital Work Card system
- Administer ERGANI submissions
- Support payroll data preparation and validation of payroll inputs
- Liaise with the external payroll partner to ensure accurate monthly issuance
- Prepare and submit statutory monthly tax reports
- Collaborate with legal/labor consultants on compliance and regulatory issues
- Monitor updates in labor, tax, and social security legislation and ensure timely implementation of all regulatory changes
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection
- Support payroll reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written & spoken)
- Strong command of ERGANI processes
- Exceptional and up-to-date knowledge of Greek labor law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Pylon ERP will be considered a plus
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
