Role Description:

Sorbet Island is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The Junior Accountant will play a vital role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by entering data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes by reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.
• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payments and collections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles 0-3 years.
• Proficiency in English language.
