Junior Credit Controller

Location:  Inofyta, Viotia

A leading multinational company in the industrial sector, based in Oinofyta, is looking for a Credit Control Specialist to join our Accounting Department.

As a  Credit Control Specialist, you will play a key role in managing customer receivables, ensuring timely payments, reducing overdue balances, and supporting accurate cash flow forecasts. You will implement the Group’s credit policy, monitor accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collections
• Manage debt collection via calls, emails, and reminders
• Reconcile customer (external & intercompany) accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Accurately and timely allocation of incoming payments
• Provide weekly cash collection forecasts to the Company’s Treasurer
• Maintain clear records of customer communication and payment arrangements
• Deliver excellent customer service while building strong internal and external relationships
• Support additional finance and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Experience 1–3 years in a similar role
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Excel
• Strong command of English (written & spoken)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
