ManpowerGroup, on behalf of our client, a company that operates in the field of supplying Super Markets, Mini Markets, paper goods and detergent warehouses, restaurants, and companies that deliver Super Market goods throughout Greece since 1960, is looking for an Accountant.

📌 Location: Metamorfosi, Greece
🖋️You will be reporting to: Senior Accountant

What you will do:

• Preparation and reconciliation of electronic books submissions (myData)
• Recording and monitoring of bank account transactions
• Accounting entry of daily transactions into the appropriate accounts
• Monitoring of company revenues and expenses. Supervision of accounting entries for Commercial Management and General Accounting
• Ensuring company compliance with current tax legislation, myData, Greek Accounting Standards (E.L.P./K.F.A.S.), and withholding taxes
• Support in the completion of year-end accounting procedures
• Preparation of monthly VAT returns and other tax declarations
• Participation in the preparation of contracts

 
What we are looking for:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the Pylon ERP system and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
