On behalf of our client, a leading company in the Banking Sector we are seeking an:

Officer for Fund Administration Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor & confirm the routing for execution and the actual execution of the investment orders
• Ensure the correct capturing of investment orders execution details in the system
• Monitor and confirm the completion of the settlement process and correct depiction in clients’ portfolios
• Monitor investment portfolios valuation process & performance calculation
• Calculate management & performance fees
• Perform various reconciliations
• Prepare various analysis & reports regarding the investment portfolios’ holdings and performance
• Update systems with valuation prices and monitor price exception reports
• Monitor corporate actions and update investment portfolios accordingly
• Liaise effectively with involved parties to resolve any issues

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Any related professional experience will be considered an asset
• Have basic knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks etc.)
• Are Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially excel and word
• Are fluent in English language
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude
