Key Responsibilities

Payroll

•Support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.

•Manage employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records.

•Coordinate the monthly payroll process in collaboration with our external partners.

•Administer employee benefits, manage leave requests, and ensure compliance with current labor legislation.

Administration & Accounting

•Handle day-to-day office administration to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

•Provide support for basic accounting and financial tasks as required.

•Contribute to administrative projects, including reporting and budgeting.

•Collaborate closely with a supportive team that encourages new ideas and professional growth.

Candidate Profile

•Max 2-5 years of professional experience in Accounting department.

•A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting.

•A good understanding of HR best practices, payroll procedures, labor law and accounting.

•Good Level in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

•Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

•A high level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.

•A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
