Accountant

We partner with international firms in the markets of printing, digitization and document management, surveillance and security, retail receipts and billing and education.

We are looking for an Accountant who will join our accounting department and will be responsible for performing cost analysis and preparing budget reports.

What you will do

• Entries of expenditure and fixed assets documents
• Asset register (registration, depreciation, agreements)
• Monitor and maintenance of leased fixed assets - Leasing according to IAS
• Assist in the preparation of budgets
• Support the monthly and annual Commercial-Accounting agreements
• Overview of the monthly bank loan agreements
• Tax obligations (VAT-VIES-INTRASTAT-VAT & Other Taxes)
• Review monthly agreements of withholding taxes
• Compile monthly the CashFlow
• Advance the valuation and costing of the warehouse
• Control of third-party warehouses
• C & P control – Sending monthly reports
• Leased control (Lease – Return – Redemption)
• Prepare and send the company's tax obligations
• Assist in the preparation of the company's financial statements based on IAS

What we expect from you  

• Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Accountant, or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with accounting software, like ERP
• Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
• BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study Degree in Business Administration
