Junior Accountant for Export Office

Position Responsibilities :

• Issuing, receiving and processing Invoices , Packing List , CMR , Bill of Lading
• Monitoring the day to day loading, shipment and delivery procedures
• Managing daily e-mail correspondence with third party transporters
• Collecting freight quotes and maintaining the relevant spreadsheets

Qualification / Experience Requirements :

• Degree in Economic studies
• Fluent use of English language
• Knowledge of ERP software (preferably Soft1)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

The company will remain closed for summer holidays on dates 02-24 August.

The new colleague will join the team based at the main office facilities of Tatoiou Avenue in Acharne.
