We are actively seeking an Accounting Admin to join our offices in Elefsina.
The Accounting Admin will be responsible for supporting our finance team with daily accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and accounts. .
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications related to billing and payments.
- Maintain filing systems and accounting databases.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Understanding of basic accounting principles such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn new accounting tools and software as needed.
- Ability to handle data with accuracy and attention to detail
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative, accounting, or finance role is preferred but not required.
