We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Office Admin & Accounting trainee to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks and support administrative operations tasks, as well .
This dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical experience in two critical business functions: office administration and financial recordkeeping. You will assist in daily administrative tasks and help maintain accurate financial records under the guidance of our finance and admin teams.

Main responsibilities are:
-Accounting Support:
-Update accounts receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
-Maintain accounts payable records and assist in reconciliations.
-Support the preparation of financial statements (e.g. income statements, balance sheets).
-Help with reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other financial documentation.
-Update and maintain financial databases for accuracy and reporting.
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
-Contribute to accounting projects and compliance tasks as needed.
Administrative Support:
-Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office calendars.
-Maintain company files and filing systems (physical and digital).
-Collect, organize, and record company expenses and receipts.
-Prepare and distribute correspondence such as memos, letters, and forms.
-Manage contact lists and help maintain vendor and client communications.
-Help ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements and Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
-Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
-High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
-Familiarity with accounting principles and administrative procedures.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
-Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
