Delfi Partners S.A. is currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant to join their high performing team in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of bookkeeping and take responsibility of all aspects of accounting work.
• Preparation and processing of payments to banks as well as reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Monitoring of supplier-customer accounts and expenses-revenue respectively.
• Communication with suppliers and customers for balance agreement.
• Excellent use and knowledge of Excel for the preparation of relevant financial reports to Management within predefined deadlines.
• Preparation and submission of monthly taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, VIES).
• Calculation of Payroll, hiring, resignations - dismissals, and changes in personnel.
• Cooperation with the rest of the accounting department.
• Execution of any other accounting or financial task as assigned.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
• Level A licensed Accountant will be considered as advantage.
• Holder of ACCA or other similar qualification will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and spoken).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
• Knowledge of SoftOne and Epsilon systems will be considered as advantage.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
