Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, including recording accounts payable and receivable, bank transactions, and invoices.
Managing and tracking payments to vendors and suppliers (accounts payable).
Ensuring timely collection of payments from clients (accounts receivable).
Helping with the preparation of documents and information for internal or external audits.
Checking, verifying, and ensuring that the company’s financial data is accurately reported to the myData platform in compliance with the Greek tax authorities' requirements. This includes overseeing the submission of invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents in line with legal obligations."
You can help us with these qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience is an advantage
Solid understanding of Greek Accounting Standards, Tax Laws, and IFRS.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
Member of the Economic Chamber of Greece.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results on time.
Effective in intercultural communication, conflict management, and collaborative teamwork.
