Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is looking on behalf of its client, Simple Solutions, a dynamic and growing accounting and advisory firm, for a Client Services & Tax Advisory Specialist based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, building strong professional relationships and understanding their business and tax-related needs.
• Advisory Support: Provide guidance on the Greek tax system, investment structures, and local business setup requirements.
• Case Coordination: Ensure client projects progress smoothly by managing timelines, internal communication, and regular updates.
• Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of documents, appointment scheduling, and email/correspondence management.
• Problem Solving: Identify client challenges and propose tailored solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communication: Maintain high-quality, professional communication in both English and Greek.
• Service Excellence: Demonstrate initiative to improve client service standards and maintain high levels of satisfaction and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service, client management, or administrative roles will be considered an asset.
• Strong interest in tax advisory and business services, with a desire to learn and grow within the field.
• Familiarity with basic administrative processes, document handling, and calendar coordination.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
• Detail Oriented.
