Assistant Manager - Tax Accountant
Position: Full time
Starting remuneration package: 2.000 / month (net)
Age: Up to 40 yo (TBD).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree (University or College or Technological Institute) with accounting orientation.
Tax accounting experience of 6 years within an accounting/audit firm, or 10 years within industry.
IT literate, MS Office, excellent English. Knowledge of Epsilonnet software is a plus.
Analytical and targeted thinking with sound self-drive, people-oriented management approach, project and operational management skills, problem solving and ability to meet deadlines, effective written and verbal communication, aspiration for personal advancement and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Team leader of up to 3-4 employees (accountants and assistant accountants).
- Review accounts and reconciliations.
- Prepare drafts and review tax forms prior to submission.
- Prepare drafts of financial statements and other reports.
- Monitor teams progress towards deadlines
- Uphold firm’s policies & quality standards (ISO9001 | ISO27001 | ISO 22301).
