Novibet is seeking a dynamic professional to take on the role of Head of  Treasury, leading our treasury function with strategic insight and operational excellence.

Your role:

As a Head of Treasury you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the treasury department, ensuring compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk. Your main tasks will include the following:

• Lead and oversee the team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance overall performance and set goals, aligned them with the organization's strategic priorities
• Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash disbursements, wire transfers, and cash reconciliations
• Monitor daily cash positions and forecast future cash flows to ensure optimal liquidity for operational needs
• Maintain banking relationships and negotiate terms for banking services to maximize efficiency and minimize fees
• Daily monitoring of coverage funds vs bank balances (alert for % coverage and report discrepancies)
• Prepare regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, and investment performance for senior management and stakeholders
• Lead and oversee the team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance and set goals, aligning them with the organization's strategic priorities
• Develop and document treasury policies and procedures, to ensure consistency and compliance with all financial and legal regulations
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making on capital structure, financing options, and investment priorities
• Collaborate with other departments, such as financial planning & budgeting, accounting, legal, tax, strategic partnerships and risk management, to align treasury activities with overall business objectives

• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related numerical field
• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) will be considered a major asset
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury management, with a demonstrated track record of success in cash flow management, liquidity & capital planning, banking relationships and risk management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced multinational environment
• Excellent command of English language (both oral and verbal)
• Microsoft Dynamics Navision (ERP) experience will be considered a plus
