As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our Group’s accounting function and finance operations. You will oversee and collaborate with external accountants, assist in the maintenance and update of the companies’ accounting and financial records, and ensure the timely and accurate compliance with relevant regulations management requirements. The role requires solid knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail and experience in the use of accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting and financial records in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Post accounting entries into the accounting software accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee and collaborate with external accountants to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all accounting records, tax filings, and other financial matters.
• Support in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements), and other financial reports.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts, providing information and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure their accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a group of companies.
• Proficiency in accounting software. Prior experience with Pylon ERP will be considered a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent command of English language.
