Innovis Pharma, one of the leading and fast growing Pharmaceutical companies in Greece, is seeking to hire an Accountant.

The selected candidate who will report to the Head of Accounting, needs to be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional analytical skills and a well-rounded personality.

What it takes:

• At least 3 years work experience in relevant position, preferably from a pharmaceutical company.
• University Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline.
• Excellent command of the English & Greek language.
• Computer Literacy.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ethos and team working skills. 

What you will do:

• Perform period-end financial close activities and meet all related deadlines.
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including general ledger accounts and sub-ledger accounts.
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns – eBooks.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS principles.
• Liaise with Head of Accounting to improve financial procedures.
