Responsibilites

• Prepares along with the CFO the budget and the forecast
• Is responsible for the preparation of a monthly cash flow reporting
• Ensures compliance with local tax regulations (monthly VAT etc)
• Close cooperation with external auditing company for the preparation of the annual financial statement
• Responsible for the monthly payroll - collection of payroll data from HR (ie leaves, sickness, overtime etc) and run the payroll process in collaboration with Finance and HR
• Team Management
• Supports ad hoc financial related projects/requests
• Prepares the Financial Statement, Statutory Report according to the Greek Regulations and Greek GAAP, and ensures full compliance with the Greek tax Agenda
• Close cooperation with external auditing company for the audit of the Financial Statement
• Running and supervising all the tax compliance activities: direct taxes (CIT, Transfer pricing, WHT), indirect taxes (VAT, Intrastat, Listing, Excise)

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or any relative field
• Detailed understanding of Greek GAAP
• At least 5years’ working experience in a corresponding position
• Excellent command of MS Office applications and highly proficient in use of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language both written & spoken
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to explain complex accounting issues in simple terms
• Strong results orientation, accountability, and resourcefulness
• Strong project & time management skills with emphasis on organizing, planning, and completing multiple complex tasks with hands on mentality
• Ability to coordinate with various teams, perform complex analysis and prepare meaningful reports for management team
