Key Responsibilities:

As an Accounting & Controlling Specialist, you will undertake a diverse range of activities including:

  • Supporting the monitoring & execution of daily/weekly/monthly accounting tasks and procedures for subsidiaries of the group worldwide.
  • Supporting the monthly and annual accounting processes and account reconciliations.
  • Assisting intragroup invoicing procedures to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Developing and maintaining an accounting filing system and a comprehensive customer database, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Facilitating the issuance of Bank Guarantees to support financial operations.
  • Engaging in effective communication with local authorities, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Preparing periodic reports and files for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Providing administrative support for client contracts and other finance-related matters.
  • Managing department files, archives, and records to ensure organizational efficiency.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business studies.
  • Knowledge of accounting basics, finance regulations, bookkeeping procedures, taxation, and accounting software.
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus.
  • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of office automation tools and proficiency in internet use.
  • Familiarity or experience with CRM platforms is advantageous.
