Administration Officer

Are you a talented professional with passion to support Senior Executives?

Do you have the ability to prioritize, organize and multitask?

If yes, this is a chance to be part of a Multinational Company specializing in professional services as an Administration Officer.

 

  Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Managing databases and filing system
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and internal clients

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written), any other language will be considered an
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong Work Ethic and a great sense of confidentiality
