Petros Petropoulos S.A., established in 1922, is a leading organization in the automotive, industrial, agriculture and marine sectors. The company distributes and supports numerous global brands (Shell Lubricants, Jaguar - Land Rover, Isuzu, Scania, Ingersoll Rand, Perkins, Kubota, McCormick, Landini etc) and maintains leading market shares in the relevant sectors. It is registered in Athens Stock Exchange and renowned for its innovative corporate governance policies and ESG principles.

The company’s Lubricants Business Unit is currently seeking to employ a Digital Content Coordinator. The selected candidate will report to the Marketing Manager of the B.U. and will contribute to the implementation of our digital marketing strategy.

Tasks

  1. Create new digital content (product data, landing pages’ content, blog articles, newsletters), keep existing website content up-to-date.
  2. Supervise content created by external associates (digital agency, 3rd party media), for the owned (website, B2B e-shop) and paid digital media (social media, 3rd party portals, Google ads) and ensure that content aligns with the marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
  3. Website administration: Identify UX and operational issues, suggest improvements and assign them to relevant parties. Cooperate with digital agency in curation of website back-end data.
  4. Organize all digital projects/tasks in a project management app and ensure timetables are met by all involved parties.
  5. Maintain all databases of digital assets.
  6. Participate in digital marketing briefings and contribute to adaptation and improvement of digital marketing strategy.
  7. Support activities related to the implementation and assessment of the marketing strategy, such as collection of customer feedback, monitoring of market trends, selection/deployment of new tools and procedures.

Desired qualifications / skills

  1. Degree in business administration, marketing, science or engineering.
  2. At least 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing environment, preferably in a B2B context.
  3. IT skills:
    • Advanced MS 365 user (MS Office apps, MS Teams, MS 365 apps), both in PC and mobile devices
    • Familiar with UX principles and editing in Wordpress and popular plug-ins (e.g. Elementor, Woocommerce)
    • Familiar with SEO principles/tools and analytics
    • Comfortable to work with project management applications
  4. Commercial experience in industrial/automotive consumables (lubricants, power transmission etc) will be a plus.
  5. Fluent in English, comfortable in presenting and communicating both in oral and written form.
  6. Competent in time management and tasks prioritization, determined to seek quality results within specific timelines.
