Warehouse Manager (WHM 1222)

Key responsibilities

• Managing daily warehousing operations (workflow, personnel, processes)
• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods under health, safety & security standards
• Optimizing process flow and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs
• Monitoring productivity & quality KPIs and maintain process excellence
• Support new business setups

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Business or Engineering
• Post Graduate Qualification in Logistics and/or Transport will be considered an asset
• Minimum four (4) years of proven experience in a similar position
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and influence others
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines with flexibility and ability to set priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
