The NCSRD/EY candidate would ideally have the following competences

  Lead research projects identifying the latest market trends and developments in Web 3.0 ecosystem

1. Develop recommendations, grounded on data and research, for thought leadership within EY.
2. Be a thought partner to all our teams, supporting them with strategic analysis to identify and capture additional value-enhancing opportunities.
3. Create and deliver impactful presentations to the executive teams.

Basic qualification

1. Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in in Engineering, Finance, Technology, or related field
2. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
3. A high level of motivation, strong work ethics and self-starting attitude
4. Fluency in English & excellent oral/written communication skills

The ideal candidate must have:

1. Hands-on experience with Web 3.0, blockchain, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, and Metaverse platforms.
2. Deep knowledge of the Web 3.0 ecosystem and understanding of how this technologies can be leveraged by both EY and its clients.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenges that come with igreat communicator both in written and verbal formats, adapting your speech to different levels in the organization
