CQS SA is currently looking for a talented Payroll Specialist to join and further support HR Team. Key responsibilities include administering ERGANI, maintaining and updating employee payroll records with accuracy, assisting employees in payroll and benefits related queries and requests, generating periodical and ad hoc reports regarding employees’ payroll and benefits, in addition to assisting in administrative procedures regarding hiring, termination and role changing.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least one year in similar position and knowledge of labor legislation basics
• BSc in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
• IT literacy (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRMS
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work under own initiative and be a good team player
• Time-management skills and ability to work under pressure with strict month end deadlines
